Project Background

HydroGrow is providing lighting technical support to a large California-based commercial cannabis farm, deploying over 1,000 pcs 1000W LED Grow Lights across 9 independent grow rooms. The system is now in final commissioning, optimized for the April–May planting season.

Custom Deployment for Single & Double-Tier Systems

  • Double-Tier Racking: 240 Pcs 1000W LED Grow Lights per room, installed at 18-24 inches above the canopy on both upper and lower tiers. The ultra-slim profile maximizes vertical growth space, while passive heat dissipation ensures stable thermal management in high-density setups.
  • Single-Tier Racking: 120 Pcs 1000W LED Grow Lights per room, mounted 24-30 inches above the canopy. This height and layout deliver saturated PPFD to the canopy, supporting high-intensity flowering later in the cycle.

Scientific Spectrum for Full-Cycle Growth

The 1000W LED Grow Lights’ full-spectrum output is engineered for cannabis:
  • 450nm Blue Light: Inhibits seedling stretching and boosts root growth during the vegetative stage.
  • 660nm Red Light: Enhances photosynthesis and stimulates cannabinoid/terpene production in flowering.
  • Full-Spectrum Coverage: Mimics natural sunlight for enclosed indoor environments.
