Warranty Policy
HYDROGROW, a California Corporation (HYDROGROW ), warrants the LED Lighting (the “Product”) sold by HYDROGROW shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of the original sale of the product by HYDROGROW or shop (the “limited warranty period”), provided they are installed and maintained according to the HYDROGROW ’s recommended practices and installation instructions. Check each product before installation.
During the warranty period, HYDROGROW will replace the product including parts, labor, and freight within 30 days.
In order to make a warranty claim, the original Buyer shall notify HYDROGROW and request a claim number.
